This designation is awarded by the Air Force Chief of Staff to recognize the top 10 percent of Air Force instructors who meet the rigorous standards for the program.

They play a critical role in ensuring that the Air Force's training programs are of the highest quality and that Air Force personnel are prepared to carry out their duties effectively and safely.
