Our Brand Ambassadors & Affiliates
Our Brand Ambassadors and Affiliates are more than partners—they’re leaders who understand what our work truly represents.
At Military Metal Art, we don’t just craft steel decor… we build symbols of culture, identity, and pride inside the units, teams, and communities that serve. These men and women stand for the standard, the heritage, and the legacy behind every emblem we forge—and we’re honored to have them alongside us as we continue honoring service through steel.
Brand Ambassadors
Ramón "CZ" Colón-López
Ramón “CZ” Colón-López is a retired U.S. Air Force senior enlisted leader and one of the most respected voices in the joint force.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he served 33 years in uniform and culminated his career as the 4th Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC)—the highest enlisted position in the United States Armed Forces.
Throughout a career defined by special operations experience and joint leadership at the highest levels, CZ became known for championing readiness, mentorship, and taking care of the people behind the mission.
CZ was also key in helping Military Metal Art recognize the deeper meaning behind what we craft: our work isn’t just metal on a wall—it represents culture and identity within the unit. The emblems, badges, and symbols we forge in steel reinforce belonging, mission pride, and the heritage that unites teams across generations.
Today, CZ continues to lead through his work as a leadership consultant and keynote speaker, and as the author of Carnivore Leadership: Taking Charge Instead of Taking Shit. He also serves in advisory and nonprofit roles, supporting organizations that invest in military families, leadership development, and the veteran community.
As a Military Metal Art brand ambassador, CZ represents the same values we build into every piece—service, sacrifice, resilience, and legacy. His leadership and life story stand as a reminder that the strongest symbols aren’t just worn… they’re earned.
Mike Sarraille
Mike Sarraille is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, former Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper, and a respected authority on leadership, culture, and building high-performing teams.
With 20 years of Special Operations experience, including time supporting elite missions and teams inside the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) community, Mike learned firsthand what excellence looks like when failure isn’t an option. That same mindset now fuels his work helping organizations build stronger people, sharper standards, and cultures that consistently deliver under pressure.
Mike is the founder of Talent War Group, a talent advisory and executive search firm focused on identifying and developing high-performing leaders. He is also a best-selling author, including The Talent War and The Everyday Warrior, and is widely recognized as a keynote speaker on leadership, organizational culture, and performance.
As a Military Metal Art brand ambassador, Mike represents what our work stands for—identity, heritage, and the standard a team chooses to live by. Because culture isn’t a slogan… it’s what people are willing to uphold when it matters most.
Rob Abernethy
Rob Abernethy is an Army veteran and senior enlisted leader known for championing the strength, standards, and professional growth of America’s enlisted force.
