Jason DeBlasio

Jason DeBlasio serves as the Head of Sales and Customer Success at Military Metal Art. A retired United States Air Force veteran, Jason completed 13 deployments over a distinguished 20-year career — beginning as a C-5 Crew Chief and culminating as an Instructor Flight Engineer with over 5,000 flight hours. His operational experience has shaped his ability to evaluate complex challenges, navigate high-pressure environments, and deliver precise, effective solutions.

Beyond his aviation expertise, Jason brings a strong background in organizational development and the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process. At Military Metal Art, Jason applies his strategic mindset, customer-first focus, and mission-oriented leadership to ensure every client interaction reflects the excellence we stand for.

Truman Reither III

Truman honorably served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant in late 2021. His time in the USAF was split between Aerospace Maintenance, Logistics Support, and Air Advising. He holds an Associates of Applied Science in Logistics Management and a Lean Supply Chain Professional Certification from Georgia Tech.

As our Operations Manager Truman is dedicated to optimizing workflow practices, with a focus on decreasing customer wait time & increasing quality! Additionally, his keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence are crucial parts of our Quality Assurance program.

Aaron Bialaszewski

Military Metal Art's Chief Creative Art Director, Aaron Bialaszewski is an award winning metal artist. With over 17 years of experience working and developing an innovative metal sculpture process that involves, computer graphics/ drafting, CNC Plasma cutting, extensive design experience with applications into metal art; pioneering a style of surface finishes that has allowed his work to truly become one of a kind.

Mr. Bialaszewski has sold artwork across the entire United States and internationally to museums, galleries, private collectors, businesses and has been providing art to the US Military for over 16 years. Aaron Bialaszewski holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts.

Jake Furst

In 2024, Jake partnered with the founders of Military Metal Art, Jason and Aaron, to lead the company into the future. Jake brings a background in marketing, business development, sales and private equity to his role at Military Metal Art where he is helping the team identify and deliver on their strategic plan to grow and scale. Jake has successfully served similar positions in a half dozen other companies as an operator or an active owner who works with the team to deliver results however he can.

Outside of his business experience, Jake lives in Brooklyn with his wife, two daughters and two dogs in a crowded New York City apartment. In his free time you can probably find him skiing, playing a racket sport, coaching his daughter's softball team or eating at a new restaurant. Or rooting for the Celtics or Red Sox.

Jeff Perez

Jeff is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He's been a fitness coach and entrepreneur for over 17 years and has always been a passionate member of our team!

His ability to pick up nearly any project and solve problems combined with his reliability and positive attitude keep the shop running smooth!

After working with Aaron as an apprentice for 2 years Jeff has shown an incredible talent for polishing the artwork and is now a Junior Artist in the company; that's his work in the photo above!

Anne Justice Reese

Anne is our Lead Graphic Designer and an incredible asset to our team! Anne is pictured above with her husband Jarvis and their two daughters Talayeh and Jazmyn. Anne has been with us since the beginning of 2019 and has been instrumental to ensuring honor and respect go into every design!

Anne honorably served 5 years in the United States Air Force and separated as an E-5. Anne holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, Bachelor of Science in Management, Associates in Medical laboratory technology & an Associates in Architectural Drafting!

Thomas Lane

Thomas is a Texas native with over 15 years of welding experience! As our lead welder/fabricator he ensures quality & precision are the focal point when each piece of artwork is assembled.

Thomas is goal driven, team oriented, and always willing to lend a helping hand in order to keep things running smoothly. We couldn't ask for a more motivated and professional person to be part of our team!

Cody Lynn

Meet Cody Lynn, our shipping expert with a Texan heart and a passion for the open plains. Hailing from the heart of Texas, Cody is not just a shipping maestro; he's a true cowboy at heart.

Born and raised amidst the vast Texan landscapes, Cody channels his meticulous nature into every package he prepares. His love for training horses and competing in rodeo events reflects his dedication and discipline, qualities that shine through in his work.

From carefully wrapping artworks to efficiently generating UPS labels, Cody ensures each item is secure and ready for its journey. His Texan charm and dedication add a personal touch to every package, making him an invaluable part of our team.

Brandi Wipff

Brandi, our accomplished graphic designer, brings a wealth of life experiences into her creative work. Hailing from the deserts of Arizona and shaped by her Texan upbringing, she possesses a unique blend of personal and professional attributes.

Her military background as a United States Army Medical Logistics Specialist in Germany instilled in her an unwavering commitment to precision and discipline, qualities that are evident in her design work. Brandi's academic journey culminated in an Associates Degree in Business at Howard County Junior College in Big Spring, TX.

Beyond her formal education and military service, Brandi's passion for competitive barrel racing has instilled in her a deep sense of determination and creativity, qualities that uniquely influence her approach to graphic design. Brandi is a true asset to our creative endeavors.

Truman "Big Thurm" Hinton

Truman Hinton was born and raised right here in The Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, Texas!

He attended Texas State Technical College in Waco, TX and studied diesel mechanics before enlisting in the United States Marine Corps as a 3521 Motor Transport Technician.

He served our country for four years, three of which overseas in Okinawa, Japan. After receiving an honorable discharge, he returned back home to Bandera where he currently lives with his loving wife and puppy.

Galand Hallowell III

Galand honorably served 21 years in the United States Navy, retiring in 2023. As a Hull Maintenance Technician, he specialized in welding repairs for ships and submarines. In 2015, he was part of the Commissioning crew for the USS John P. Murtha, helping bring the ship into active service. He concluded his career leading daily welding operations at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center in San Diego, CA.

After retiring, Galand relocated to San Antonio with his wife and three children. Since joining Military Metal Art in late 2024, he’s become a vital part of our welding and fabrication team. Galand brings the same pride and precision to his work here that he did in uniform. He’s driven not only by quality craftsmanship, but also by the example he sets for his family and the impact his work has on honoring the service of others.

Glenn Latimore

Glenn Latimore is a proud San Antonio native, family man, and artist at heart. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity, Glenn brings passion and precision to every piece he works on at Military Metal Art. His dedication to quality over quantity ensures that each project is not only visually striking but built to last.

Since joining the MMA team, Glenn has become a valued member known for his positive energy, attention to detail, and pride in the mission. He finds purpose in the work we do — honoring service, telling stories through metal, and delivering handcrafted pieces that hold meaning for our customers. For Glenn, it's more than fabrication; it’s a form of expression, legacy, and service to others.

Rodney Taylor

Rodney is our CNC machining expert, turning design concepts into precision-crafted metal art. With over 20 years of experience in aerospace, automotive, oilfield, and manufacturing, his attention to detail and technical skill ensure every cut meets the highest standards. His career has included building cars at Mitsubishi and machining parts for the F-22, F-35, C-130, helicopters, and drones — giving him the versatility and dedication that set our work apart.

Now living in Bandera, Texas, Rodney and his wife Joelle enjoy life on their small ranch. Together they’ve raised five children and now spend their days surrounded by animals, wildlife, and Hill Country sunsets — a quiet contrast to a career built on precision and performance.

Maddie Rettie

Originally from Destin, Florida, Maddie recently relocated to San Antonio with her husband Christian, who serves on Active Duty in the U.S. Navy, and their beautiful daughter, Elia. As a proud military spouse and new mom, Maddie brings a grounded sense of purpose and inspiration to her creative work.

Her journey in design began back in high school and quickly evolved into a full-time passion. After graduating, Maddie launched and successfully ran her own graphic design business, developing a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Now, she brings that same artistic vision and entrepreneurial drive to the world of metal art. At Military Metal Art, Maddie continues to push creative boundaries — blending design with purpose and helping bring meaningful, customized pieces to life for our clients.

John "Meaty Ogre" Pyle

John Pyle, originally from Fort Worth, Texas, proudly served over 20 years in the United States Air Force. He started as an AC-130U crew chief before transitioning to a Flight Engineer, spending 15 years flying on C-5 and KC-10 aircraft out of Travis AFB. As both an instructor and evaluator, John accumulated over 5,000 flight hours, showcasing his technical expertise and commitment to excellence.

After retiring in 2024, John and his family returned to Texas. He now brings his precision, discipline, and mission-first mindset to Military Metal Art. With a deep background in aircraft systems, inspection, and training, John’s attention to detail and high standards make him a strong asset to the shop and every project that leaves it.
