Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either *ship your artwork back to us for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You must request to return or exchange your artwork within 10 days of the delivery date. Returned or exchanged artwork must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Damages
If you find damage to the artwork due to shipping, please email us at: CustomerService@MilitaryMetalArt.com.
*Discrepancies and damages must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery.
**The original damaged artwork may need to be collected by UPS so please do not discard until told it's safe to do so.
***If the artwork is delivered and then the customer ships the artwork to a secondary location via their own logistics we are not responsible for any damages that occur during that second shipping process.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be made up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase or until the artwork has been cut for standard designs or the artwork has been designed for custom orders; whichever occurs first. If it has been more than ten (10) days and not greater than twenty (20) days from the date of purchase, then you may receive a Gift Card for the current value of the item. There will be no cancellations past twenty (20) days from the date of purchase.
