Welder and Assembler

Job Summary: Welder and Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder and Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking steel pieces and cleaning, assembling, layering, and welding them together according to specifications and project requirements. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and welding machines, to complete projects efficiently and effectively.


The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols, as well as experience in metal fabrication and assembly. You should be comfortable working with steel, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure that finished products meet high-quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Take steel pieces and clean, assemble, layer, and weld them together according to project specifications
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including grinders, plasma cutters, and welding machines, to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Inspect and measure completed workpieces to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in welding and/or metal fabrication preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
  • Familiarity with a variety of welding techniques, including MIG welding
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Graphic Designer and Vectorization Specialist

Job Summary: Graphic Designer and Vectorization Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer and Vectorization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking digital images and using Adobe Photoshop to vectorize and separate the layers, eventually converting them into usable .dxf files to be used on the plasma cutting Auto-CAD program.


The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on vectorization and file conversion. You should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software and have a solid understanding of file types and file conversion processes. In addition, you should be familiar with military insignia and have an eye for detail to ensure that finished designs are accurate and of the highest quality.


Responsibilities

  • Take digital images and use Adobe Photoshop to vectorize and separate the layers
  • Convert the vectorized designs into usable .dxf files for the plasma cutting Auto-CAD program
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that designs are accurate and meet project requirements
  • Manage design files and ensure that they are properly labeled and stored for future use
  • Provide input on design concepts and offer creative solutions to design challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to ensure that work is done efficiently and effectively


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on vectorization and file conversion
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with military insignia and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
